As we settle into the New Year with almost two weeks in, I want to take a moment to pause and reflect on 2025, a year that was both dynamic and deeply rewarding. While the pace of life and real estate rarely slows, the start of a new year always offers an opportunity to look back with gratitude, evaluate the market with clarity, and look ahead with purpose!
Most importantly, I want to begin by saying thank you. To my clients, colleagues, friends, and community, your trust, referrals, and continued support made 2025 another incredibly meaningful year in my business.
2026 is already off to a strong start with the sale of 1 Lancaster Road in Newburyport. An exciting way to kick off the year and a reminder that momentum doesn’t wait.

I have also been busy in the last two weeks meeting with multiple sellers who are starting the conversation about wanting to sell their homes this year. 2025 Sales Overview
Throughout 2025, my business extended well beyond Newburyport, with transactions spanning multiple communities across the North Shore and beyond. From first-time buyers to repeat clients and luxury sellers, I was fortunate to work with a diverse group of individuals and families.
While Newburyport remained the heart of my business, accounting for a significant portion of my transactions, i helped clients buy and sell all over, from Newfields, NH to Haverhill, MA, Marblehead to Boston, and everywhere in between!
One of my favorite homes that I had the privilege of selling in 2025, was 323 High Rd in Newbury. A truly stunningly crafted home overlook the marsh.
